  • Paul brings nearly 20 years of commercial experience in European luxury hotels, delivering deep hospitality insight to each executive search. After seven years in leading Italian properties, he moved to London in 2010, gaining experience across brands and independents including Hilton, Jumeirah and Grand Hotel et de Milan.
